Latest updates to help you plan your tour…

|
| Our familiarisation (Fam Trips) visits
are always very popular, a brilliant way to check out
the destination and facilities before your group travel,
offering you complete peace of mind. Not only will you
view first hand your destination and accommodation but you will also learn
about the exceptional service of Historical Destinations
and our representatives that will be looking after you
in your country of choice… |

| Billeting and Host Families |
|
Historical Destinations regret that it may
not always be possible to arrange host families for those
groups that request this type of accommodation as this
depends on the host school concerned. We trust you will
appreciate that the tour price will, therefore, be increased
to include alternative accommodation but we shall endeavour
to keep this increase to a minimum. If any school is interested
in this type of accommodation, we ask that they advise
us of any health and safety requirements risk assessments
prior to booking so that we can discuss these issues with
the host school concerned.
We must also draw your attention to that fact that, where
billeting with host families is arranged, it is the responsibility
of the tour staff to supervise and organise activities
should any host family be unable to look after a student
at any time during the tour. We must stress that this
supervision is not the responsibility of the host family,
host school or Historical Destinations Ltd. |
